Our Vision
Missions Through Music's goal is to have a mission school to identify, train, and assist in supporting new potential musicianaries. This school would offer educational sessions in all aspects of Christian musical ministries to attendees, such as those who have graduated from Christian colleges or those that have completed Christian Bible diploma programs.
In order to equip and train, Missions Through Music would need a school where graduates from Christian colleges or Bible institutes could begin on-the-job training sessions in a 6 to 10 week format. In a formal setting, new musicianaries would be able to learn the necessary skills and have a realistic idea of what it will take to be in full time music ministry. Missions Through Music headquarters would handle itineraries, scheduling, hotel reservations, discounts, and financial management. Other promotional assistance would then be provided.
We are committed to a focus on ministry through music, and an organization, which provides teamwork, leadership, accountability, administration, and spiritual growth. Teamwork would be an essential and great way for musicianaries to gain experience, and share ideas with each other while working together for a common goal. Mentors will develop the skills necessary to lead and feed to be role models for other musicianaries who wish to participate. The ultimate goal is to lead others to Christ.
Accountability is essential, and each person must be responsible in their respective ministries and mission to a common statement of faith and guideline. This helps to create standards that are uniform throughout the organization.
Missions Thru Music, Inc. will provide administrative coverage for the musicianaries in the areas of financial management, negotiating discounts with travel and need of necessary equipment, insurance coverage, correspondence, scheduling and ongoing review and training.
Continued spiritual growth will be a result as musicianaries pray for each other's ministries. Prayer is the fundamental piece that pulls it all together.
There is no power for ministry or spiritual growth without prayer.

Billy and Paula Speer of Billy Speer Ministries are pleased to announce a new mission
organization designed for the 21st century. This ministry, called Missions Through Music,
Inc., is a new global missions opportunity for those who feel called by God into full time
evangelism. We were called to a "mission" to reach the world for Christ and have a heart for
ministry to strengthen the believer. When words fail, music speaks to the heart! A message
through music can share a thousand sermons, and many lives have been changed through a song.
The goal of Missions Through Music is to evangelize and spread the Good News through music in
the United States and Canada. This involves sharing our faith with people who need the Lord,
and discipling and encouraging fellow Christians. We believe the Lord calls us to plant the
seed and make the most of every opportunity. We know that as a result of the seeds we plant
that there will be a great multitude that no one can count, from every nation, tribe, people
and language standing before the Lamb on His throne as stated in Revelation chapter seven.
